Adur Carers Information Pack
A resource pack is available from
Adur Carers Association for anyone in Adur who is caring for a relative,
partner, child, friend or neighbour.
It contains a wealth of
information on Health and Social Services, sources of advice and information,
respite at home and away from home, equipment, benefits, local voluntary
organisations, and a great deal more.

available on the web site of Lancing and Sompting Citizens Advice Bureau.
There are also carers
